How We Can Help

We offer three levels of people operations support based on the needs of your company. Basic, Intermediate and Advanced.

Basic

When you need help managing existing systems or programs on a weekly or monthly basis. Likem running performance evaluation cycles, engagement surveys, planning team engagement activities, fielding benefits questions and running open enrollment.

Intermediate

When you need the Basic level of help but with more involvement. This sometimes means you have a larger organization or you might be changing how you do a process and it requires more time with your people ops specialist.

Your organization needs more dedicated hands on support. This is usually the case for companies that are going through a change management initiative, establishing a new program or policy, have experienced a resignation and now need assistance, or they are growing quickly and need to scale up their programs and policies.

Hours at this level range from 5-10 per week or 20-40 per month.

Hours at this level usually range from 10-20 per week or 40-80 per month.

Hours at this level usually range from 20-30 per week or 80-120 month.
